All good — we enjoyed this great budget hotel — the food was good and the staff were excellent and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide range of food. The venue had a central location to the arches as a surprise for her birthday.

This is a hotel go-to for St Austell! The property is fairly clean, staff are helpful and breakfast is well prepared and nice hot. The setting is excellent and easy, very close to town center and other areas for day trips. Also, it's located 3 km from Wheal Martyn. Tastefully decorated rooms come with separate bathroom, an extremely comfortable bed plus tea. There is plenty of good food for breakfast.

everything was simply really good. travelled with my dog, spent 6 nights here and had a brilliant stay. the hotel had an easy location a short walk to saint austell brewery. i dined at a good nearby restaurant with local dishes.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 3 nights, but everything was perfect. The location was magnificent and incredible because it was just off Par beach, England, and all attractions. Besides, St Austell Golf Club was 2 km away from the property.

This was my fantastic stay for a friend's wedding. Everything was great, the parking was on site, the room was spotless. Location: the hotel was not far from Newquay, railway, eg 2007. The staff was fabulous and always helped me. Delicious breakfast on piping hot plates, enjoyed it.
