We booked a queen room, it was complete with extra space, a very good breakfast, tea. The hotel was in a central setting to the arches as a surprise for her birthday.

Everything was spotless, and it had free wi-fi. The bathroom in our king room was nice. The breakfast was sensational for taste and with lovely food, and the staff was lovely. Greatly enjoyed our stay.

I liked the place, everything was modern. I had guest room that also was complete with view of the town, dinning table, for example. The staff was EXTREMELY FRIENDLY and very welcoming. The breakfast was hot and scrumptious and complete with jam and locally sourced sausages, for instance. The location was excellent and stunning for walking around a bucolic village. I had a very nice stay and would stay here again, thanks very much.

All good — we enjoyed this great budget hotel — the food was good and the staff were excellent and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful with a wide range of food. The venue had a central location to the arches as a surprise for her birthday.

We were in a quiet location right by a messy conservatory, rubbish piled near the house and rather out of date awards, eg 2007, Newquay, Truro, Falmouth, and St Austell, uk. And it was a 10-15 minute walk from a green Flag park.

This is a hotel go-to for St Austell! The property is fairly clean, staff are helpful and breakfast is well prepared and nice hot. The setting is excellent and easy, very close to town center and other areas for day trips. Also, it's located 3 km from Wheal Martyn. Tastefully decorated rooms come with separate bathroom, an extremely comfortable bed plus tea. There is plenty of good food for breakfast.

everything was simply really good. travelled with my dog, spent 6 nights here and had a brilliant stay. the hotel had an easy location a short walk to saint austell brewery. i dined at a good nearby restaurant with local dishes.
